This exceptional coffee is crafted by food engineer–turned–coffee pioneer Juan David Puerta, who grows primarily Castillo variety at La Sirena Farm in the heart of Quindío, Colombia.
Driven by curiosity and passion, Juan David left his formal career behind to apply a scientific, experimental approach to coffee cultivation and processing.
After countless trials, in 2021 he developed a unique processing method that delivers remarkably consistent cup profiles, allowing him to win several awards and establish himself as an innovator in the industry with his project, Sens Coffee.
