A field blend from the kaleidoscope series which is very impressive and it was necessary to have it.
This lot Series is born from the close collaboration between dry mill and lab team at @Cataexport farm, where carefully selected microlots are separated and evaluated individually before being considered as part of a larger composition.
It is a blend of traditional washed lots, advanced washed lots and some co-fermented lots, perfectly combined to create a complex cup with notes of bubblegum, lychee and passion fruit
