Kolibri at Danish Coffee Festival
We joined The Danish coffee festival in January 2026, and we loved it…
The festival takes place just outside of the Copenhagen, close to a suburban neighbourhood. The venue is great with a lot of space and the organisation team is amazing, probably the best we have encountered so far.
… 8 out of 9 coffees were sold out.
We took with us around 40kg of coffee packed in 250g bags, 8 filter and 1 espresso, we were placed in an the outskirts of the festival and we thought that we were not going to do so well, the night before the event I went to sleep nervous and thinking we will do very bad.
Day 1: On the first day we served Creme Brulee, Gesha Primavera, El Diviso and Dimtu, it began slow, but as more people tried us the fire started to spread we had people queuing up to try the famous Creme Brulee. At the end of the day out Creme Brulee was completely sold out.
Day2: I served Carda Bomb, Gesha Primavera, Kaleidoscope and Dimtu, people loved Kaleidoscope and before noon it was also sold out, then Gesha was sold out and then El Diviso. One by one our coffee were selling like hot cakes.
Day 3: We had 3 coffees left, Razz Punch, Pasiflora and Carda Bomb, very quickly Razz and Pasiflora sold out and lastly, the coffee that we thought would do great in Denmark was the only one remaining, Carda Bomb, in the end it was also gone, but we were surprised.

If you live in Denmark or close by, this is a must go to event, with top roasters from EU. We also made some friend roasters like August63 and 94 Degrees. Super good roasters if one would like to try some different.
