We use the same bean in 3 different drying methods, this allowed fo flavour diversity and yet expose the terroir notes of the Costa Rican soil.

At Botón de Oro farm we care for nature, this is why we use indigenous plants to repel insects and ants. This is why the farm is called Boton de oro, this is massive bush with yellow flowers which aroma repels insects.

Milenio F1 variety is a hybrid with Ethiopian Sudan Rume, and has exquisite taste while being resistant to several deceases. Allowing for more natural and less invasive farming practices.
All Available for filter brewing methods. Only the washed has the option get as espresso.
