Our Roastery operates (from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00 (CET) excluding Public holidays) and we normally dispatch orders in 1-3 business days.
Updates
You will receive tracking number after we create the label and can check more details when your order is shipped.

**Make sure you have chosen a permanent residential address rather than temporary location. Kolibri will not be responsible if you can no longer pick up/receive the package at the indicated address.
Couriers
We work with DPD standard shipping option within NL and DHL Express or Post NL for international shipments.
Localpickup
Use this option at check out for local pick up in Tynaarlo / Drenthe province. You will get an email once your order is ready and you may pick it up on weekdays; from 10:30 till 16:00.
Europe
Free standard shipping in Benelux on orders over €40 and also applies to other countries but the amount varies depending on the area, so you can see it at checkout.
Transit time is 1-2 days within the Netherlands and 3-7 days to other destinations from the shipping date.
Worldwide
Transit time for international orders outside of Europe varies between 7 and 15 days from dispatch.
The international shipping fee only covers shipping costs. Please note that additional duties, local taxes and carrier brokerage fees are not included in the international shipping rate and must be borne by the recipient.
