Our Roastery operates on business days ( Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00 (CET) excluding public holidays) and we normally dispatch orders within 1- 3 business days.
Updates
You will receive a confirmation order via e-mail and please contact us if If you do not receive it.
A tracking number is sent after your shipping label is created and you can check more details when it has been shipped.
Couriers
We work with the standard DPD shipping option within the EU and DHL Express for certain countries within the EU where shipping rates are higher or for international shipments worldwide.
Localpickup
Use this option at checkout for local pick up in Tynaarlo / Drenthe province. You will get an email once your order is ready and you may pick it up on business days; from 10:00 till 16:00 h.
Europe
Free shipping in NL on orders over €45 – in BE & DE on orders over €70 – in LU & FR on orders over €100
The amount of free shipping to other countries varies by area, so you will be able to see it at checkout.
Transit time is 1-2 days within the Netherlands and 3-7 days to other destinations.
Worldwide
Transit time for international orders outside of Europe varies between 7 and 20 days from dispatch.
