The Story
Mensur Abahika is a member of the Tokuma Group, a collective from western Ethiopia that has organized to market their coffees together and share knowledge that allows each one to improve quality.
He owns an 18-hectare farm and has become an expert in growing natural coffees with locally selected varieties that are durable, resistant and have good cup characteristics, within a region that is not usually known for it.
