This honey red caturra comes from a small family farm in Ciudad Bolívar, Colombia, which recently produced some of our favorite co-fermented coffees using a process of carbonic maceration and fruit juice fermentation. This innovation allows for remarkably consistent profiles while expanding the range of flavors offered. In the cup, we find the sweetness of strawberry, hazelnut and honey.
