Test batches are an inevitable part of the roasting and dialing process.

Sometimes the roast doesn’t hit the exact profile we’re aiming for or it might be a small leftover batch that has been resting for a while. Either way, we offer it at a lower price because it’s still ideal for espresso drinks or a batch brew.
