Their team pre-selected a selection of lots that include Castillo, Caturra and Colombia varieties that meet our standards to create this beautiful regional blend. This particular lot was harvested by several regional farmers and although their composition will change seasonally based on productivity and quality, the profile will remain constant. Always sweet and Always balanced!
