The Story
Fernando Alfaro @fernandofalfaro is a fourth-generation coffee producer from El Salvador. Working together with his family with coffee from various estates, he combines his experience with modern technologies to bring out the best in Finca el Bosque, a 37-acre farm that owes its name to its picturesque surrounding forest.
Through years of experience, the Alfaro family has discovered that their Castillo variety responds exceptionally well to natural processing. This method not only enhances the coffee’s flavor but also conserves significant water resources, benefiting the environment.
