In the cup it is creamy, round and sweet, with notes of toffee, walnuts and orange.
This innovative naturally processed experimental micro-lot is our first release from Brazil. Grown in Fazenda Passeio in the heart of Sul de Minas, which consists of 130 hectares of plantations and is located in a mountainous area with excellent soil fertility and regular rainfall.
The Vieira Ferreira family has specialized in coffee production for many years, but now the farm is headed by Adolfo Vieira Ferreira, a fourth-generation producer whose attention to detail and commitment to producing world-class specialty coffee is second to none.
This particular coffee is unique and is the first experimental lot on Fazenda Passeio. Paraíso is a cross between Yellow Catuaí and Hybrid Timor that is resistant to coffee leaf rust, and absolutely delicious in the cup!
