Fernando is an agronomist and pioneer in the cultivation of new hybrid coffee varieties recognized by research organizations worldwide, with the intention of developing genetic diversity and promoting the sustainability of the industry, while Angie recently acquired her Q-grader certification.
Her tasting skills alone mean that the quality of the coffee they produce will continue to improve as they combine their knowledge from growing to brewing.
