El Vergel Estate farm located in Fresno, Tolima. The beautiful department that extends over the Colombian mountains, including the inactive Ruiz volcano, made the decision to produce a very high quality decaffeinated coffee, after seeing that most of the time the beans used to produce “decaffeinated” around the world are leftover or low quality.
This condor decaf is made with freshly harvested Caturra beans that despite the process, does not lose its sweetness in the cup.
